Sarah Segal is a career development specialist, educator, and Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach focused on helping individuals and organizations translate insight, recovery, and lived experience into sustained forward momentum. With more than a decade of professional experience spanning higher education, workforce development, and behavioral health settings, she works at the intersection of stability, identity development, and purposeful direction.
Sarah has successfully designed and implemented career readiness programming, facilitated strengths-based group curricula, and provided individual coaching that supports clients in moving from stabilization toward long-term independence and meaningful engagement in work and life. Her work increasingly extends beyond individual coaching to team and staff development, helping organizations strengthen communication, leverage individual talents, and align people around shared goals and mission-driven outcomes.
Her coaching approach integrates the CliftonStrengths® framework with structured assessment, values exploration, and practical implementation strategies. Known for her ability to identify patterns, clarify direction, and translate reflection into actionable plans, Sarah helps clients and teams move from insight to sustainable change.
