Bring Career Readiness and Life Skill Development Programming to Your Center

Transform insight into action and recovery into lasting change.

Big Beautiful Sober Life programming focuses on career readiness, life skill development, and values-based personal growth. Our curriculum helps clients move beyond stabilization and begin building practical, independent lives. Sessions focus on real-world decision making, employment readiness, confidence building, and identifying what makes recovery sustainable over time.

Each session includes detailed facilitator notes, learning objectives, and outcome summaries that align with clinical documentation needs. We track individual client progress through skill development and real-world application, so your treatment facility can demonstrate measurable growth in aftercare planning and goal attainment.

Curriculum design integrates evidence-informed approaches including values-based goal setting, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based coaching frameworks such as CliftonStrengths® to support identity development, confidence, and long-term engagement in recovery and vocational growth.

Big Beautiful Sober Life offers flexible pathways: one-on-one coaching for individuals, group sessions that foster connection and accountability, and immersive weekend intensives designed to jump-start progress and inspire lasting action.

LAYING THE GROUNDWORK FOR MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT

Identifying Strengths

UNDERSTANDING AND articulating transferable skills

Clients identify strengths gained through life experience, treatment, and past jobs, learning how to connect those strengths to future opportunities. They practice reframing their stories and speaking about their experiences with confidence, building belief in their ability to succeed.

Addressing Barriers

reframing and communicating gaps in employment

Clients explore how to speak openly and professionally about gaps in work history, including those related to addiction, treatment, or incarceration. By reframing their experiences and practicing empowered, honest language, they gain tools to re-enter the workforce with clarity and self-assurance.

Exploring Opportunities

exploring career pathways and identifying next steps

By exploring career and volunteer options and learning how to use job boards and other resources, clients identify clear steps toward their goals. This helps them build direction, motivation, and a sense of purpose as they pursue meaningful work.

Strengths-based career exploration tools, including CliftonStrengths®, may be used to help participants connect personal talents to workplace roles, professional environments, and sustainable career pathways.

Securing Employment

building job application skills and showcasing strengths

Clients gain essential job-readiness skills, from writing strong resumes and cover letters to confidently preparing for job interviews. They learn to professionally market themselves, increasing their chances of securing employment. By mastering these skills, clients gain the tools needed to navigate the job application process successfully, boosting confidence and career readiness.
